Todd Holliday founded LandMark GSI in 2011 and has been leading the company as President since its inception. With nearly 40 years of experience in the field, Todd has a wealth of knowledge from working in assessor’s offices and collaborating with assessors to develop and maintain CAMA/Assessment systems.

Roles and Responsibilities:

As President, Todd is responsible for the overall development, support, and crisis management of LandMark GSI. His leadership ensures that the company delivers top-notch services and solutions to its clients.

Training and Certifications:

Todd is well-versed in a variety of specialized trainings, including IAAO classes such as 101, 102, 352, and mass appraisal classes. These certifications and courses have equipped him with the expertise needed to excel in his role.

Achievements:

One of Todd’s significant accomplishments is converting and training 57 counties in Oklahoma within just two years. This feat showcases his dedication and proficiency in the field.

Outside of work, Todd enjoys team roping and traveling, finding balance and fulfillment in these activities.

Randi Holliday

GIS Specialist

PlanetView Specialist

About Peyton:

Peyton Holliday has been with LandMark GSI for 3 years, working as a PlanetView Specialist. His primary responsibilities include maintaining and replicating the image database, as well as selling PlanetView to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

In his role, Peyton ensures that the image database is up-to-date and accurately replicated. Additionally, he is involved in promoting and selling PlanetView, a tool designed to assist assessors in their work.

Peyton is proud of his efforts to distribute PlanetView to assessors, helping to streamline their tasks and improve efficiency.
